By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

KevTech Connections provides the following services at our physical location in Nairobi, Kenya:

• ✓Phone repair services (screen replacement, battery replacement, water damage recovery, camera replacement, software repair, etc.)
• ✓Sale of certified pre-owned phones and accessories
• ✓Phone buy-back and trade-in services
• ✓Other device repairs (laptops, tablets, smartwatches)

All services are provided on-site at Jamia Mall, Shop G81, Nairobi. We do not offer mail-in repair services. Any service quotes provided are estimates and final costs may vary based on the actual condition of the device upon inspection.

Payment is required before or at the time of service completion, depending on the service type:

• ✓Repairs: Payment is due upon collection of the device. A deposit may be required for high-value repairs.
• ✓Used Phones: Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• ✓Trade-Ins: The trade-in value is deducted from the purchase price at checkout.

We accept cash, M-Pesa, and major credit/debit cards. All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Repair Warranty: All repairs carry a 6-month warranty on parts and labor. This warranty does not cover new damage, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modifications after the repair.

Used Phones: All used phones come with a 7-day return policy and a 1-month functional warranty. The device must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase.

As-Is Sales: Items sold as "as-is" or "clearance" are sold without any warranty. These items are clearly labeled and sold at a reduced price.

Data: We are not responsible for any data loss during repair services. We recommend backing up your data before bringing your device in for repair.

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, KevTech Connections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services or products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of KevTech Connections or its licensors and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from our website without our prior written consent.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We comply with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 and its implementing regulations. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data held by us.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any disputes. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may pursue remedies through the Kenyan court system or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as provided under Kenyan law.
